Homewerks Worldwide, LLC (“Homewerks” or the “Company”), a leading home improvement innovator in the kitchen, bathroom, plumbing and HVAC categories, announced today that it has acquired GTR Technologies, Inc. (“GTR”), a Washington-based developer and marketer of innovative ventilation and moisture-control products.

The acquisition adds GTR’s ReVent, DewStop, and Breeze Easy brands to Homewerks’ growing product portfolio. GTR’s offering spans bath ventilation fans, humidity- and condensation-sensing controls, fan timers, and other ventilation products. The business is supported by an extensive intellectual-property portfolio and a talented management and product-development team with deep expertise in the ventilation category.

The acquisition of GTR represents Homewerks’ fourth acquisition to date, expanding Homewerks’ HVAC platform and strengthening the company’s ability to provide retail partners with a comprehensive assortment of differentiated ventilation, moisture-management and indoor air quality solutions. GTR’s category expertise, established brands and innovation pipeline complement Homewerks’ global sourcing, distribution, marketing and retail capabilities, creating new opportunities to accelerate product introductions and provide value-added service to retail and wholesale partners.
