(FC) and Aura Scientific (Aura) are pleased to announce the resolution of FutureCeuticals’ patent and trademark suit related to Aura’s NeuroRush^® ingredient and FutureCeuticals’ whole coffee fruit extract marketed under the tradenames CognatiQ^® and NeuroFactor^®.
