Maiolo’s appointment supports the company’s expanded vision: scaling enterprise business transformation with AI innovation as the catalyst, built on a foundation of SAP® S/4HANA® Cloud alongside UKG® Human Capital Management, Payroll, and Workforce Management. Maiolo, who has served as Executive Chair of Mosaic’s board since 2025, will lead strategy and execution as the firm accelerates its growth.

Maiolo, an enterprise technology founder, brings two decades of scaling IT consulting firms and deep insight into the enterprise technology market. He joined Mosaic in 2025 as an advisor and Executive Chair of the Board following the strategic investment by private equity firm, Avesi Partners. Maiolo’s 2026 book, “We Were Rizing“, details how he transformed a niche consultancy into a global SAP Gold Partner operating across 16 countries, leading the company through rapid growth, strategic acquisitions, and a successful exit.

Krystyn Sadler, who has served as CEO since 2024, will continue with Mosaic as President of the UKG Practice, bringing her extensive HR and workforce management experience to the firm’s UKG clients.
