Growth Reflects Increased Activity Across Critical Industries as Manufacturers Place Greater Emphasis on Supply Chain Compliance, Traceability and Control

The increase reflects growing activity across aerospace, defense, space, robotics, semiconductor, and other critical industries.
That growth is due in part to Cofactr being selected by U.S. defense technology companies to support production ramps for several programs, underscoring increased demand for supply chain infrastructure capable of meeting complex compliance, traceability, and material-control requirements.
Those requirements are receiving greater attention as federal policy places increased emphasis on electronic component sourcing, documentation, supplier vetting, and supply chain risk. A July 2026 executive order on U.S. defense supply chains directed the federal government to develop policies and regulations to enhance supply chain mapping, supplier vetting, and sourcing-risk mitigation for designated national security acquisitions.
Cofactr combines AI-enabled software, electronics procurement, compliance workflows, and physical warehouse operations to manage electronic materials from bill of materials (BOM) planning through sourcing, receiving, inspection, storage, documentation, kitting, and delivery.
