SANTA ANA, Calif., Sept. 01, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Judicate West, one of California’s leading providers of private dispute resolution services, has added Daren H. Lipinsky, Esq., to its roster of neutrals. Based in Santa Ana, Lipinsky is available statewide as a mediator, arbitrator and private judge.

“Daren is a seasoned litigator and mediator who has received rave reviews from both plaintiff and defense counsel alike, and he is well known and recognized within the Southern California employment law community. With nearly three decades of litigation experience, Lipinsky is well-versed in employment issues, including discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination and wage-and-hour matters, and business disputes, including corporate matters and breach of contract. Beyond his deep experience as a trial lawyer, he has built an independent mediation practice devoted to mediating employment and business disputes, recently founding his own firm, Lipinsky Mediation. Lipinsky has served as a settlement officer for the San Bernardino County Superior Court and the Los Angeles County Superior Court’s Resolve Law LA and MVP programs. Shernoff Trial Lawyer of the Year Award in 2022. He also served as president of the Western San Bernardino County Bar Association and is a longstanding member of the California Employment Lawyers Association and National Employment Lawyers Association. In 2019, Lipinsky was inducted as a Fellow into the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers, a nonprofit professional association honoring the leading labor and employment lawyers nationwide.

In 2022, Lipinsky was named Employment Trial Lawyer of the Year by the Riverside County Bar Association, and he received the Jennifer Brooks Lawyer of the Year Award from the Western San Bernardino County Bar Association in 2022-2023.
