A veteran commercial banker with more than 30 years of experience, Lockhart has spent the past 8 years as a Regional Executive overseeing the Roanoke and New River Valley regions in Virginia.
Lockhart brings extensive expertise and well-established Raleigh-based business relationships to the role, further bolstering the Bank’s presence and commitment to creating opportunities for more businesses to prosper to Raleigh, which continues to rank among the nation’s fastest growing cities.
