Ideal fun event for golfers of all skill levels
FLORHAM PARK, NJ, UNITED STATES, September 16, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — The Morris County (NJ) Chamber of Commerce will host its Fall Golf Classic Sept. 28 at Knoll Country Club West, this year featuring nine-hole, 18-hole or networking and dinner-only options.
“Our mission at the Morris County Chamber of Commerce is to connect our members through a wide variety of events throughout the year and our golf outings have always been among the most popular,” said Meghan Hunscher, chamber president. “At this outing, members and their guests can choose to play nine holes, perfect for casual players or busy schedules, or 18 holes for those who enjoy the full golf experience, or join us just for the evening’s events to meet people and grow their networks.”
Hunscher added that chamber golf outings are also ideal opportunities for casual golfers to join in the fun, as a best ball format is used, making the day pressure-free for golfers of all skill levels.
Created in 1929 by 12 wealthy golfers who wanted a superb private course for their personal pleasure, the Knoll Country Club West is one of the finest golf courses in the state. It is a par-70 championship course designed by Charles H. Banks, playing 6,752 yards from the blue tees, 6,479 yards from the white tees and 5,264 from the red tees. Whether playing 18 or nine holes, golfers will have full access to the club’s locker rooms, driving range and putting green, as well as this magnificent course.
Proceeds from the Fall Golf Classic underwrite many of the programs provided by the Morris County Chamber that promote, support and inform area businesses and the wider community.
