The acquisition, which includes two affiliated New York companies — BSL Direct Sales, Inc. d/b/a Wonder Windows and Wonder Showers & Baths, Inc. — extends West Shore Home’s operations into two of upstate New York’s largest metro areas and adds more than 50 team members spanning sales, installation, and operations.

Founded in 1962 by Arthur Lazeroff, Wonder Windows, Showers & Baths has spent more than six decades earning the trust of homeowners across Buffalo, Rochester, and Syracuse. The company, led today by Arthur’s son, Mark Lazeroff, and his business partner Michael Haymes, provides replacement windows and doors alongside shower and bath remodeling services — product lines that align directly with West Shore Home’s core offerings. With both owners retiring following the transaction, West Shore Home will carry the brand’s legacy forward while bringing its scale, technology, and installation model to Western and Central New York.
