SPRINGFIELD, OH, UNITED STATES, October 5, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Zima Automotive Backs Amazing Women in Automotive to Strengthen the Industry
SPRINGFIELD, OH – Oct 2026 – Zima Automotive has become a supporter of Amazing Women in Automotive, a national community dedicated to recruiting, mentoring, and retaining women across the automotive industry.
Founded in 2020, Amazing Women in Automotive brings women in the field together through weekly round tables, mentorship, and scholarship opportunities. The organization also partners with schools and training programs to help more women build careers in the automotive industry. When the industry continues to face a shortage of skilled technicians, the group’s focus on widening the talent pool carries weight for shops and customers alike.
For Zima Automotive, backing that mission is a natural extension of how the shop already operates. The company has been family-owned since 2014. Its auto repair services cover domestic, Asian, and European vehicles. The team has also long valued the clear communication and customer trust that a stronger, more capable workforce helps provide. The shop is encouraging other Springfield-area businesses and industry professionals to learn about the organization and the women it serves.
A Message From the Owner
“This industry runs on skilled people, and more women belong in it. Supporting Amazing Women in Automotive is a small way we can help open that door wider. The stronger our industry’s workforce becomes, the better we can all serve the people who count on us.” said Max Zima, owner of Zima Automotive.
